Off Street Parking
Off street parking is an amenity that sets AGA apart from other developers in the Philadelphia area.
At South Square in South Kensington, Phase 1 framing is complete and Phase 2 foundations have started! The first six houses on Hancock Street will be completed in late January or early February of 2017.
The final property closing for Frankford Square on June 8 marks the completion of a landmark project for AGA Developers.
One home remains at Trenton Stables... 2231 Trenton Ave., boasting 2900 square feet of high-end living space.
With 2225 Trenton Avenue under an agreement of sale as of this week there is only one unit still available in AGA Developer’s Trenton Stables development: the unique and desirable property at the apex of the flatiron block.
Construction on 2221 Trenton Avenue is finished and the interior has a beautiful open-concept feel. The building's verticality allows for ample light and stunning views in this historic Fishtown neighborhood.
Steel supports have been laid for the rear garages at 2229 and 2231 Trenton Avenue in Fishtown. Construction of these last two units on the Flatiron-shaped block are now underway following the completion of the first four units of the Trenton Stables project. Three of the six units are already under contract.
The luxury townhomes being built on Trenton Avenue in Fishtown include rear garages fronting Blair Street (the two historic streets come together in a flatiron-shaped corner just a block away from Frankford Avenue). With work picking up for the spring, foundations are poured and the garages are taking shape.
The recently-completed and just-sold luxury townhome at 1855 Blair Street in Fishtown is a showcase of fine craftsmanship. The home features 3 bedrooms including master suite, 2 full baths/2 half baths, a gourmet kitchen with stone counters, a rear deck, first-floor garage and much more.
Parking couldn't get any more convenient at the luxury townhouses going up on Blair Street in Fishtown. In this update (click on photo for full-size image), we see the newly-installed garage doors—and some pretty amazing picture windows—as work progresses on AGA Developers' Frankford Square project.
