Fishtown New Construction

Stay updated on all the consturction happening in Philadelphia's Fishtown neighborhood, including AGA's Trenton Stables and Frankford Square developments.

AGA Developers has announced that work was completed this spring on the Trenton Stables development in Fishtown, and all units are sold and occupied. Trenton Stables, located at a historic “flatiron" intersection where Blair Street and Trenton Avenue meet a block off of Frankford Avenue, has proven to be a highly sought-after and very successful development.

The final home at Trenton Stables is now under contract... congratulations to all the new homeowners! Details about our next project - South Square - a 19-unit residential and commercial project, are now available. South Square will be built on the site of what used to be a car dealership. Construction of South Square will begin in July on Berks Street in South Kensington, two blocks from the El station.

At long last, 2231 Trenton Ave in Fishtown is complete....and it looks amazing! Check out the pictures above and be sure to "like" the AGA Developers Facebook page for information on upcoming open houses.

When people say that Frankford Avenue is historic, they aren’t kidding. Once known as the King’s Highway, Frankford Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia is the oldest continuously used road in the United States, dating to the late 1600s.

Work is complete at 2223 Trenton Avenue, and the view is stunning. Not just from the rooftop deck — though that is worth the price of admission right there — but also the beautiful interior layout and fixtures. With lots of light and luxury amenities, it's easy to see why the properties at Trenton Stables in Fishtown are going fast!

Summer is construction season and as these pictures demonstrate, work on the last two units of the Trenton Stables development in Fishtown is proceeding rapidly. One of these properties, 2227 Trenton Avenue, just went under contract.

Things are beginning to take shape in the interior portion of the luxury townhomes at Trenton Stables. With exterior work done on the first four properties, the focus shifts to drywall and trim work for the light-filled living areas and gourmet kitchens.

Steel supports have been laid for the rear garages at 2229 and 2231 Trenton Avenue in Fishtown. Construction of these last two units on the Flatiron-shaped block are now underway following the completion of the first four units of the Trenton Stables project. Three of the six units are already under contract.

Exterior facing work continues at the Trenton Stables construction site in Fishtown. Brickwork is completed in front (picture 1) and back (picture 2) and it's on to stucco and aluminum. Aluminum composite material will cover the exposed wood framing still seen around front. Scaffolding is in place for rear stucco work (picture 3).

With construction of the second phase of the Frankford Square project in Fishtown well underway, AGA Developers has announced that 1862 A and B Frankford Avenue are under contract.
